Check remaining balance by product and branch.
Manage balance by item and product options. Choose to see the branch you are responsible for. and open the movement history to find the origin of the balance For products that use lots Keep the quantity in the lot and the expiration date for checking items that need to be used or handled further.
Set the minimum balance criteria and check for items that are almost expired or about to expire on the supporting page. Helps administrators start checking from the products that need to be decided first.
The balance changes when any work occurs.
| Work that takes place | Things to check in stock |
|---|---|
| Buy products | Number actually admitted and accepted. with lots and expiration dates where relevant |
| Sell products directly | List of products and quantities sold according to storefront procedures. |
| Use the service course. | Materials and quantities set or selected in the item used that time. |
| Transfer between branches | Origin, destination, sending amount, receiving amount, and items that are not yet settled. |
| Adjust or cancel supported items. | Reasons, history, and further effects of related items. |
Course sales and material usage during treatment are separate events. Review stock deductions against treatment records rather than treating the number of courses sold as the quantity of materials used.
Transfer and follow until the amount received.
Separate delivery from originating branch and receiving at destination. Supports partial reception and difference tracking. So that the team can continue to check that the goods are on the way. How much have you received? And are there any parts that need to be handled before closing the transaction?
Hypothetical example: origin sends 20 units, destination receives 18 units. The team must inspect another 2 units and handle the difference according to the steps. Recording 20 units sent does not cause the received total to become 20 units without verification.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a lot and an expiration date?
Available for products using lot format. Complete with expiration date information and a page to check items that meet the criteria. Teams must record complete lot information upon admission.
How does the warning system work?
Set a minimum threshold and check for items that are about to expire or are about to expire on the supported page. This scope describes the display of items in the system. This does not mean that automatic notifications will be sent to every channel.
After transferring the goods, what should I do if the destination does not receive the full amount?
Record the actual amount received and follow up on differences in transfer transactions. The team checks for things that are still lacking or surplus. Then manage the items according to permissions and supported procedures before the work is considered finished.
When selling a course once, do materials have to be cut immediately?
Treatment materials are linked to course settings and usage records. Products sold directly have a separate sales stock deduction process, so check the type of transaction and the event recorded.
