Let's start with the questions that executives must decide.
| Question | View used for assembly | What should be done next? |
|---|---|---|
| The total amount has changed from the previous period because of what? | Trends and composition of sales/earnings over time. | Open services, categories, or items that have changed a lot. |
| Which branch should I go to inspect? | Information on branches and sales according to rights | Compare the same base and check the branch context. |
| Which service has a proportion or outstanding balance? | Best selling services, service categories and sales details | Check the items and purchase format for the service plan. |
| Which customer groups should be followed up? | RFM and course purchase history | Select a list of names, review history and permissions before contacting the team. |
| Is there any work that should be done today? | Overview of eligible work, such as appointments, outstanding balance, almost out of stock, or courses about to expire. | Open the source work and arrange the responsible person. |
The information helps administrators examine components and ask further questions. The business cause explanation must include the context of the clinic along with the items found.
Keenix's RFM measures course purchases.
Customer Course RFM uses the course purchasing behavior of customers who are registered and have qualifying purchases. Separate latest news, frequency, and value to clearly examine customer groups.
| Measurement | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Recency — latestness | Number of days from the last qualifying course purchase to the end of the selected period. |
| Frequency — frequency | Number of unique purchase bills and qualifying courses in the selected period. |
| Monetary — Value | Net course purchase value according to items still in effect during the selected period. |
| Net Settled — Net settlement amount. | The net payment amount linked to the course purchase is displayed separately from Monetary. |
Multiple courses on a single bill or multiple payments do not increase Frequency across multiple bills, and this RFM does not use the number of times the service is received instead of purchased.
Read the groups and scores under the data area.
The group used for analysis is based on customers who have registered and purchased courses that meet the conditions. Does not include unidentified general customers or retail product sales as the value of course purchases in mixed bills. Canceled course items are not included as effective purchases.
When a group of qualifying customers has at least 20 customers, the system provides an R, F, M score on a scale of 1–5 for segmentation. If there are less than 20 cases, the raw values will still be displayed for inspection without creating a score on that level.
Customers who have made a purchase before the selected period but have not purchased a course during that period can also help identify groups that should be reviewed, provided the Frequency and Monetary values for that period are zero. Choosing a time period therefore affects what is being read.
From the customer group to the appropriate follow-up task.
Select a group based on recentness, frequency, or value to review. Then open the history of purchases, service usage, and remaining rights before determining the tracking method. The team chooses the message, time and person responsible for contacting each customer group.
Getting the RFM group to help prepare the list and questions. It doesn't automatically send campaigns or predict churn on behalf of teams.
Understand data limitations before drawing conclusions
Review information identified as coming from historical records, such as sale dates or payments requiring allocation, before interpreting customer or service figures. Older records with incomplete details may differ in quality from fully recorded current transactions.
When the numbers are different from other reports. Check the base of purchase value, payment amount, money received, date and scope of customers included first. RFM Monetary is not cash received. And the value of the services used is not equal to the profit.
Under development: Profit-to-service analysis
Profit analysis and profit-to-service ratio are under development. Not included are the capabilities that are confirmed to be enabled on this page. During this time, the clinic can use information on product costs, expenses, and items that still lack costs from purchasing work to support the examination.

Frequently asked questions
Does RFM count the number of times a customer comes for treatment?
RFM in Keenix measures course purchase frequency, counting unique purchase bills according to conditions. Using a course multiple times does not automatically increase purchasing frequency.
Customer pays three installments in one bill. Is the frequency three?
It is also counted as one qualifying purchase bill. Split payments or purchasing multiple courses in one bill does not add up to multiple bills.
Is Monetary equal to money already received?
Monetary uses the net course purchase value according to the items still in effect, while Net Settled shows the net payment amount separately. Therefore, you must select the value that matches the question before comparing.
Can less than 20 customers use it to view information?
If the group of eligible customers has less than 20 customers, the raw values can still be viewed. but has not yet given R, F, M scores on levels 1–5 until a number meets the criteria
Is product sales and general customers included?
Customer Course RFM uses registered customers and eligible course purchases. Retail product amounts on mixed bills and anonymous customers do not represent the value of the customer's course purchase.
Does BI use AI to tell the cause or send campaigns?
Current capabilities help compare. Open details and select groups of data for the team to make decisions Summary work that must be inspected as a whole uses conditions specified by the system. Interpreting causes and communicating with clients still requires the team and the context of the clinic.
Can you see the actual profit per service?
Profit-to-service analysis is still being developed in the scope described on this page. Existing information on product costs, expenses, and missing cost items can be used to support the inspection. But it should not be replaced by a summary of the actual profits of every service.
